Specifications: Outside Diameter: 73MM / 2.87" , Ø73 Inside Diameter :69.9MM Flange Clamping Thickness 13.4mm Maximum Torque Setting 5NM(Newton Metres) These clamps are complete and include fixing bolt and nut.
